PHYSICAL PHOEBE:
AT HOME CIRCUIT
A workout you can do from the comfort of your own home (dressing up is advised). If you don’t have dumbbells you can use a can of beans or a litre bottle of water.
We’re doing three rounds of the circuit.
Each move will be done for 20 seconds with a 10 second break.

SQUAT JUMPS
Begin in the squat position with your hips back and arms out in front of you. Shoot up using your legs to drive the jump, and then land nice and soft, with your bum reaching all the way to the ground.
PLANK WITH HIP TOUCH
Hold the plank position and tighten your core. Begin to reach each hand to touch the opposite hip, one at a time. Step your feet out a little wider to maintain balance.
BURPEE
You can go two ways; Hands down, jump your feet out, jump your feet in, then jump up with your hands in the air; or hands down, jump the feet out and lower your whole body to the ground, push your whole body back up, jump in the feet then jump in the air with your hands up.
