CAMILLA has a range of one piece swimwear to suit every woman. Dive into our range of exotic swimsuits online or instore at one of our boutiques. No matter what style, cut or print you like, you’ll find your perfect one-piece swimsuit here.
Our swimsuits come in an assortment of shapes and styles to suit every body. Some offer underwire for extra support, others plunge in all the right places, and others have details like front zips or laces. Necklines come in different cuts to enhance, highlight and flatter. Scoop necks with thick or thin straps are a classic style, while V-neck cuts add a hint of daring - look for ones with a ring clasp for extra detail.
If you’re after a black one piece swimsuit, you can’t go past our bustier style. It adds extra support and shape to the bust. Or consider a lace up front that can be loosened or tightened as you like for any occasion.
For active swimmers, long-sleeved swimsuits have zip fronts and long sleeves for protection from the elements, while sand loungers might prefer a bandeau style one piece swimsuit.
Our one-piece swimwear for women come in the same iconic prints as our women’s clothing; fascinating and beautiful designs inspired by exotic locations, or delicate florals with a whimsical air, rainbow brights or desert hues - whatever reflects your style is just perfect.
Most flattering one piece swimwear
The most flattering one piece swimwear depends on your body type. Women with straight body types can create the illusion of curves with ruffles across the chest or padded cups, and ruffles or ruches at the bottom. Cut-outs can also help create the appearance of an hourglass figure. Pear shaped women can use ruffles and padding at the top and high-leg cuts to balance their wider hips and narrower tops. Hourglass figures will benefit from supportive tops with underwire, and cut-out sides will highlight narrow waists. Inverted triangle shapes can balance their narrow hips by adding ruching or ruffles to the bottom of the swimsuit. And, of course, a black one piece swimsuit is the perfect flattering failsafe.
How should a one piece swimsuit fit
A swimsuit should fit tight to the body so it doesn’t shift in the water, but not so tight that it cuts into your body, creating discomfort or awkward rolls.
How to put padding in a one piece swimsuit
If you want to avoid visible nipples or want to add a bit more shape to your one piece swimsuit, you can put padding in yourself. You can pull padding out of a bra or buy spare cup padding. Some swimsuits have pockets for you to slide padding into, otherwise you can stitch it into the inside of the swimsuit. Decide on the right spot for the padding to sit by positioning it while wearing the swimsuit and marking the spot. Sew the cups to the lining of the swimsuit – not the outer layer – with small stitches. Make sure they’re even so the overall effect is balanced.
Where to wear your swimwear
Perhaps you’ll be wearing yours with salty skin at the beach for a day of bare toes in the sand. Maybe you will be lounging beside the pool, dipping in between cocktails. You might be spending a weekend at the lake. Your CAMILLA swimwear can even take you from water to bar, by pairing it with high waisted trousers or an elegant floaty skirt. Throw a kaftan or dress on top, with just a hint of your swimsuit showing, or belt a kimono around yourself to show off more of your beautiful swimwear and wear it all night long.
