LGBTQIA+ Art Curator Racquel Chevremont brings her special kind of magic to the streets of NYC, in pieces from the CAMILLA House of the Sun collection.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in the Bronx, Chevremont, now 53, began her career as a model, entering the art world as a collector more than 20 years ago.
The mum-of-two continues to model working for brands including Benetton, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Fila as well as gracing covers of ELLE magazine.
A passionate LGBTQIA+ advocate, she says: “I’m what you’d call a later in life lesbian.” Soon to appear the 15th season of Real Housewives Of New York, she strives to use “whatever platform I have to get the voices of queer folks of the diaspora out there."
